We use a stainless steel blast ring, or tube, and 3d print a very durable co-poylmer suppressor baffle stack inside of the tube. 

We use only USA manufactured co-polymers as the main 3d printing material.  the co-polymer is infused with high modulus carbon fiber and/or  a special type of glass which adds to durability, strength and reduces weight.

We are a small company so we don't utilize all of the 'latest' fancy lab tests, we design, build and then use (sometimes abuse) our own products.

We came up with the idea of an annual minimal fee extended warranty to offer peace of mind and provide a reasonable upgrade path to our latest technology for our customers.

We call it our "Silent Peace of Mind" ™.

This question came up a lot in our field tests, and we can say that these are very durable.  We've run over them with trucks, dropped them off of buildings, put thousands of rounds through them and they've lasted!  In many of our, and independent, tests this material is tougher than aluminum!

Yes, these really do weigh in at a mere 2.7 ounces for the SlipStream 1.0 22LR model.   We have some even lighter material options but that's a custom order thing.

Not only are they light, but they are also compact, measuring 4.94" in length and 1.250" in diameter.

We started working with additive technologies (3D printing) several years ago and have taken the time to perfect the process.  The benefit of this process is that it allows us to create baffle designs using non-machinable geometries for better performance and weight reduction.

We designed our suppressors from the ground up for the 3D printing process, we've learned lessons through the years and have come up with a merging of classic baffle design with modern 3D printable only geometries.  The result, well, it's pretty quiet!

It's a monolithic core, cleaning is as simple as submerging the suppressor in solvent and let it soak a while, then give it a good rinsing and it's good as new.  At the end of the season/year if you have Silent Peace of Mind™ just send it back to us and get a whole new baffle stack!
